So I've decided to do two things for Lent:
- I'm giving up Mt. Dew entirely. I've tried this before, but I keep falling off the wagon. I figure this is a good way to get back on.
- I'm going to fast during the day, Ramadan-style. So as long as the sun's in the sky, I'm not going to eat. That means I have to get up early, eat some breakfast, and then spend the rest of the day doing other things, and not eating, which is bad for me because I'm a snacker. I love to graze.
We'll see how this goes.
