I think I have vacation paralysis...
I, we, want to go SOMEWHERE, anywhere, as long as it's away from here. The last real vacation I've had was 4 years ago when Heather and I went to Disneyworld. It's TIME.
Anyway, I can't seem to find any place that I want to go, or if I do want to go there, it's outrageous to get there. I might as well sell McKenna to get there. I'm seeing flight costs of $1000 per person round trip. Excuse me? Where are all of these great deals I keep hearing about?
Bah. I just want to get away, but nothing's appealing.
At the end of February, I got my airline ticket to London from Philly on travelocity, and I paid $308 for it, roundtrip. I think that was a special, but it was through British Airways, of course its a heavily restricted ticket, you can't change it or anything. Try looking at Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, or even Hotwire, and also check ba.com if you're interested in anywhere on the British Isles, or mainland Europe for that matter, if you don't mind connecting through that maze they call Heathrow in London.
You know there is always Texas!
