More Information Released by the FBI on Brian Wells

At the end of August, the FBI released more information about the case involving the death of Brian Wells, the pizza delivery guy that died after the collarbomb strapped to him went off.

They released the following characteristics on who they believe was the mastermind behind the crime:

Lived or worked in or near Erie and has probably moved away.

Is frugal, saving everything - including scraps of materials to reuse in building projects.

Works with wood, metal, wiring and plastic and is comfortable around power tools.

Had access to an area, such as a home workshop, where long periods of time could be spent working alone and undetected.

Takes pride in building things and spent a lot of time planning and constructing the bomb components.

Probably built a variety of objects over many years, preferring those that are destructive, such as knives or other weapons.

They've also increased the amount of the reward to $100,000. Holler if you know anything.
