I have watched the last two episodes of "30 Days", the show by Morgan Spurlock on FX. I am deeply impressed with the quality of the show and the emotions it evokes. I mean, I find some of the little explanations that Morgan interjects into the show about the topic at hand are simplistic (too simplistic at times) and that can be annoying, but the show's very good, and I'm going to keep watching.
This show, along with "Penn & Teller's Bullshit", "The Daily Show", "Real Time with Bill Maher", "The L Word", "Mythbusters", etc are why I keep the cable plugged in. I used to completely hate TV, but more and more I think that TV is getting better, and there is more intelligent discourse to be found, so I'm happy.
