Targeted Marketing?

I was watching the Pats - Steelers game on CBS, and the ads coming up were trucks, tools, food, more sports, yadda yadda yadda. The minute the game was over the 60 Minutes stop-watch showed up and they introduced the topics for the evening. When that was done, the next three commercials were: fiber, a drug, and joint replacement.

Methinks CBS views the viewer demographics of 60 Minutes as...older...

Obviously they would, the transition was just so stark. One minute it's Howie Long in a Chevy truck extolling skid plates and then the next is about getting a new knee. It was kind of jarring.
